Stanley Joinery Matamata Swifts have been defeated in their final visit to Hamilton this season.
A fast start from their hosts, Waikato Unicol, made life difficult with Unicol two ahead inside 20 minutes.
Callum Barr got one back for the Swifts during the second half but Unicol secured the points from the penalty spot in the final minutes of the game.
Youngster Logan Raynel came off the bench to make his Swifts debut while Scott Parsonage made his first appearance since an horrific head injury earlier in the season.
The Swifts have next Saturday off before a home and away double header against Cambridge to end the season.
