Matamata Swifts planning workshop

What is the intent of the workshop?

We want to achieve a common vision for all parts of the club to which everyone is committed. We want to produce a clear direction and purpose so that Matamata Swifts people know what the club is and what it’s working towards. The outcomes from this workshop will form the basis of the club’s plan for the next 3 to 5 years.

Participants

Management committee plus key influencers within and outside the club. We realise not everyone will be able to attend the actual workshop, but those who can’t will hopefully still be able to contribute in some other way.
