The Domain will be a busy place this weekend with all our senior teams at home, along with a good number of our junior teams.

The Stanley Joinery Matamata Swifts host a Ngongotaha side high on confidence after a stunning run to the last 16 of the ASB Chatham Cup. The Swifts won’t be short of confidence themselves, however, after going unbeaten in June. All this points to a cracking match on Saturday afternoon. Click here for the match day programme to help get ready. You can pick up a hard copy at the game, which kicks off at 2.45pm on Saturday at the Matamata Domain.

The Matamata Swifts Reserves are scheduled to play Eastern City in the early game at the Domain. These two sides drew 5-5 on opening day but their fortunes have gone in opposite directions since. Eastern City sit in the bottom three while the Swifts Reserves are currently joint top of an incredibly tight Waikato Division A. The match kicks off at 12.30pm.

On Sunday the Challenge Matamata Swifts Ladies team host Te Awamutu in a match that could go a long way to determining the fate of the Waikato Ladies Division C title. The Swifts Ladies currently sit two points ahead of the visitors and have also played a game less. The match kicks off at 11am at the Domain.

The Matamata Sports World Swifts U-17s host Geyser Football and will be looking to end the term with a win to underline their good recent run. The match kicks off at 1pm at the Domain.

Five of our nine Junior teams play at home this Saturday before their school holiday break, while our Mini-Kickers programme will also have one final session before the holidays.
