The first Swifts Coaches Forum for 2015 will be held on the evening of Monday May 4.
Our guest speaker will be James Bannatyne (pictured with Matamata-Piako Mayor, Jan Barnes), who was one of the three goalkeepers selected in the All Whites squad for the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.
James is the Sales and Marketing Manager – Hamilton for the upcoming FIFA Under-20 World Cup. He runs InGoal, which specialises in coaching goalies, and has also coached for OFC and FIFA.
The session will be held at the clubrooms and starts at 6.30pm. James will talk about his background in the game, go into a bit of detail about his philosophy and methods of coaching keepers, then answer some questions.
